COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

1. The promoter is Gosain Engineering and Medical Services: GEMS Group, a non-registered company: website www.cdrgems.com  whose yet to be registered office will be located at New Delhi, India.

2. Employees of Gosain Engineering and Medical Services: GEMS Group or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

5. Closing date for entry will be 1st of every month as per English calendar at 0001 Hrs GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted for the previous (trailing) month.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

• The contest is open to all global citizens, who are 18 years and above, other than those indicated at para 2 above of competition terms and conditions.

• The contestant should satisfy the eligibility conditions towards skilled immigration as professional engineer to Australia. Refer www.cdrgems.com for more details by becoming member for free (for five days). In the event of winning the contest Promoter reserve the right to assess the eligibility of contestant as per terms and conditions indicated on website www.cdrgems.com.  

• Each contestant is allowed to participate once only for the currently applicable contest. The same contestant is allowed to participate after closing date of currently applicable contest, ONLY in the event of non WINNER in previously held contest by Promoter.

• This is a recurring contest which will automatically renew on 1st of every month as per English calendar at 0001 Hrs GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

• The sixteen digit numeric code on the website http://www.cdrgems.com/#!contest/e1ouh will be generated every 60 seconds by the random number generator.

• There will be only ONE WINNER for each contest. The contest will NOT be rolled over in the event of NO WINNER for currently applicable contest. Under no circumstances the previous entries will be assessed after lapse of currently applicable contest. The discretion of Promoter will be final and binding. Promoter may also release (not obligatory) Consolation Prize(s) in the event of sufficient participation. The money value of consolation prize will in NO WAY be more than that of Main contest winner prize money value for the contest in vogue.

• Contestant can win only ONCE during the course of complete recurring contest. Multiple wins for same contestant, once detected, will render him/ her disqualify from receiving any prize and/or already received prize/ process towards receiving prize with immediate effect. This applies to sending incorrect entry code as well.

• The code must be intimated to the Promoter via website online contest form, Email or WhatsApp message only before the closing date of applicable contest as indicated on website http://www.cdrgems.com/#!contest/e1ouh. The time of receipt of entry code at promoter’s website online form or Email or WhatsApp will be considered for ascertaining the winner in the event of more than one winner with the same code.

• Promoter is not responsible under any circumstances for any delay in receipt of website online form entry/ submission or Email or WhatsApp message.

• The code generator will be stopped on 1st of every month as per English Calendar at 1000 Hrs GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) for 60 seconds and winning code will be generated by the Promoter. The code will be compared with all the received entries and winner will be ascertained.

• The winning code and the winner will be mentioned on the website http://www.cdrgems.com/#!contest/e1ouh as per terms as conditions, herein after mentioned in the succeeding paragraphs. Under no circumstances the winning code will be similar to previously published winning code(s). Non winners will not be intimated by any means, during or after the contest.

• The winner will get an opportunity to received FREE guidance towards preparation of Competency Demonstration Report (CDR) comprising of Three Career Episode, One Summary Statement and One Continuing Professional Development as per terms and conditions mentioned on website www.cdrgems.com. The winner will have to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement as mentioned on the website prior to receipt of CDR.

• The consolation prize(s) will be offered as discount on CDR/ resume preparation service FEE. Promoter reserve the right to decide the format/ number of consolation prize(s) on case to case basis. 

• CDR preparation guidance is available without this contest ALSO as per terms and conditions mentioned in FEE section of website www.cdrgems.com.

• Promoter will not be held responsible for internet connection speed/ service provider link/connection speed to/from contestant computer and/or mobile device towards any delay in delivery of the entry code to the Promoter. Downtime of Promoter's website can not be challenge/ questioned/ contested at any stage/ forum/social media, legally or otherwise.

• Promoter will not held responsible for the anxiety, hypertension or any associated health condition of contestant during the course of contest and/ or declaration of results of contest winners.

• This contest can be close/ cancelled/ amended any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Promoter.

8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter through website http://www.cdrgems.com/#!contest/e1ouh

9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

11. Winners will be chosen by any of the following means but not limited to, as applicable:

• At random by software provided by www.cdrgems.com and by generating a sixteen digit numeric code which will be compared with all entries received from eligible contestents and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

• As a result of a popular vote conducted via social media sites as measured and recorded by www.cdrgems.com  software and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

• By an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.

12. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date of next contest. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner, as applicable. Non winners will not be intimated by any means during or after the completion of contest.

13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.

14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Indian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

18. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date of last finished contest by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the address available at the footer of website: www.cdrgems.com

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp or any other Social Network.
